Job Title: Barista (Male)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Male Barista with specialty coffee experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, committed to quality, and provides excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages.
* Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment.
* Dial in espresso and ensure consistent coffee quality.
* Steam milk and prepare beverages to company standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar and work area.
* Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
* Assist with opening, closing, and daily café operations.

Requirements

* Male candidate.
* Specialty coffee experience.
* Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and grinder calibration.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Good command of English.
