Description

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for "Production Supervisors" for our Bahrain Office.

Role & responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate joinery teams across workshop and site operations
Plan daily work, allocate tasks, and ensure strict adherence to project timelines
Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate, high-quality production and installation
Oversee materials, tools, and machinery (including CNC equipment where applicable)
Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and clients as required

Preferred candidate profile:
Hands-on joinery/carpentry experience
Proven Supervisory or lead-hand experience in a joinery manufacturing or interior fit-out environment
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
