Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with potential clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable immigration, work permit, or residency solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and consistent engagement.
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Keep clients updated throughout the consultation and sales process while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (experience in immigration, education, banking, insurance, or real estate is an advantage), or a strong willingness to learn and succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Honest, ethical, and committed to delivering the right guidance to clients.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in English & Tagalog; additional languages are an advantage.
