We are looking for an experienced and passionate Turkish Restaurant Operation Manager to lead the daily operations of our authentic Turkish restaurant. Key Responsibilities
As the Restaurant Operation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, motivate, train, and supervise restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain authentic Turkish hospitality standards and ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain consistency in menu quality and operational excellence.
• Prepare staff schedules and oversee attendance and performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
• Control operational costs while maximizing revenue and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and local health requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to increase restaurant sales.
• Prepare operational reports, sales reports, and performance analyses for management.
• Ensure all company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards are consistently followed.
Qualifications
• Nationality: Turkish (Mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Turkish restaurants or fine dining establishments.
• Strong knowledge of authentic Turkish cuisine, culture, and restaurant operations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Fluency in Turkish and English is required. Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
