Business Development & Marketing Executive

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our team.

If you have experience in digital marketing, business development, customer acquisition, and increasing sales, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
Manage the company's social media platforms.
Plan, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns.
Generate new business opportunities with individuals, companies, hotels, hospitals, and restaurants.
Develop promotional campaigns and customer loyalty programs.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Conduct market research and recommend innovative marketing ideas.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Experience in the laundry, hospitality, or service industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work with KPIs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
A valid driving license is preferred.

إعداد وتنفيذ خطة تسويقية لزيادة مبيعات الشركة.
إدارة حسابات الشركة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
تصميم ومتابعة الحملات الإعلانية المدفوعة وتحليل نتائجها.
استقطاب عملاء جدد من الأفراد والشركات والفنادق والمستشفيات والمطاعم.
تطوير برامج العروض والخصومات وبرامج ولاء العملاء.
متابعة المبيعات وتحليل الأداء وإعداد التقارير الدورية.
اقتراح وتنفيذ أفكار تسويقية مبتكرة لزيادة الحصة السوقية.
التنسيق مع فريق التشغيل لضمان تقديم خدمة متميزة وتحقيق رضا العملاء.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التسويق والمبيعات.
يفضل وجود خبرة في قطاع المغاسل أو الخدمات أو الضيافة.
خبرة في إدارة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي والإعلانات الممولة.
القدرة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والعمل وفق مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs).
مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض والإقناع.
إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.
