🚨 Urgent Hiring – Manufacturing Supervisor (Furniture Factory) 🚨

We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and dedicated Manufacturing Supervisor to join our furniture factory team.

Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Supervise daily factory operations to ensure smooth and efficient production
✔️ Manage and coordinate upholstery and carpentry teams
✔️ Monitor product quality and ensure production targets are achieved
✔️ Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
✔️ Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff
✔️ Coordinate with management on production schedules and workflow

Requirements:

✔️ Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
