Role Description The Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riffa & Zallaq, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of High end Villas. This includes coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that facilities are safe, clean, and compliant with local regulations. The role involves handling tenancy agreements, rent collection, and occupancy records, while addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly. The Property Manager will monitor budgets related to property operations, support planning for renovations or expansions, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure that property assets align with business needs. Regular site inspections, reporting on property performance, and recommending improvements are core activities in this position.

Qualifications

Strong property and facilities management skills, including coordination of maintenance, vendor oversight, and compliance with local regulations.
Solid administrative and organizational abilities, with experience managing contracts, documentation, and property-related records.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, service providers, and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
Basic financial and budgeting skills to track property expenses, prepare reports, and support cost-effective decision-making.
Proficiency with office software and property management systems, with the ability to learn new tools as needed.
Proven ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and respond quickly to operational issues.
Relevant experience in property or facilities management; experience within an automotive or commercial environment is an advantage.
