Description

We Are looking for a motivated and organized Admin Assistant with accounting knowledge to join our team.

Requirements:

Experience in administrative work.
Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge.
Experience using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle invoices, purchase orders, data entry, and filing.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.


Preference will be given to Indian or Filipino candidates.


Responsibilities:

Perform daily administrative tasks.
Prepare and maintain accounting records.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers when required.
