Description

RSM Bahrain is looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Senior Audit Associate to join our external audit team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude to manage audit assignments from planning through to completion.


Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and execute audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries

-Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality and adherence to audit methodology

-Review financial statements and reports in compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards

-Liaise with clients to resolve audit-related issues and deliver high-quality service

-Ensure timely completion of audit engagements within set deadlines

-Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and professional standards



Requirements:

-Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in audit or assurance

-Holder of a professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA

-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

-Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is an added advantage

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues

-Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
