We are looking for a talented, energetic, and experienced Makeup Sales Lady to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our beauty counter, providing exceptional customer service, sharing expert product knowledge, and driving sales through personalized consultations. If you have a proven track record in retail sales and a deep love for makeup and cosmetics, we want to hear from you!

*Key Responsibilities:
-Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, understand their beauty needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
-Sales & Targets: Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales targets through active selling and upselling techniques.
-Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on beauty trends, product ingredients, and application techniques to answer client queries confidently.
-Demonstrations: Perform mini-makeovers or product demonstrations to showcase the quality and application of our cosmetics.
-Merchandising & Inventory: Ensure the beauty counter is clean, beautifully organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.

*Requirements & Qualifications:
-Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or Consultant in the cosmetics, makeup, or luxury beauty retail industry is highly preferred.
-Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
-Passion: A strong interest in skincare, makeup artistry, and the overall beauty industry.
-Professionalism: Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
-Flexibility: Ability to work retail hours, including weekends or shifts.
