In this role, you will guide customers through a premium olfactory journey, helping them discover their perfect signature scents or find the ideal gifts. If you possess an excellent sense of smell, a deep understanding of fragrance notes, and a proven track record in retail sales, we invite you to apply and help us elevate our luxury customer experience.

*Key Responsibilities:
-Consultative Selling: Greet clients warmly, understand their scent preferences, and introduce them to our collections using engaging storytelling.
-Sales Excellence: Actively drive counter sales and achieve performance targets by utilizing expert cross-selling and upselling techniques.
-Fragrance Expertise: Share deep knowledge of fragrance families (floral, woody, oriental, fresh), concentrations, and notes to elevate the shopping experience.
-Bespoke Service: Provide an upscale, personalized shopping experience that builds long-term customer loyalty.
-Counter Presentation: Maintain pristine standards of cleanliness, organize testers, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand elegance.

*Requirements & Qualifications:
-Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Consultant in luxury perfumes, cosmetics, or high-end retail is strongly preferred.
-Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
-Passion: A genuine love for perfumes, fragrance trends, and the luxury beauty industry.
-Sales Drive: Results-oriented with a proactive attitude toward meeting and exceeding sales goals.
-Flexibility: Reliability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends or peak shopping shifts.
