North Indian Chef
Location: Bahrain (Local Hiring Only)

We are looking for an experienced North Indian Chef to join our large-scale catering operations in Bahrain.

Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in North Indian cuisine.
Proven experience in bulk cooking / large-volume meal preparation.
Strong knowledge of North Indian curries, gravies, biryanis, dals, and vegetarian dishes.
Ability to maintain food quality and consistency while preparing meals for large numbers.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage kitchen operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic North Indian dishes.
Handle large-scale meal production according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and kitchen efficiency.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.

Preference: Candidates currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
