Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to support our Indian Kitchen operations in a large-scale catering environment. The ideal candidate will assist chefs with food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure smooth daily kitchen operations while following food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs in basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
Support bulk food production for catering operations.
Ensure proper handling and storage of food items according to hygiene standards.
Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors.
Adhere to company policies, food safety regulations, and personal hygiene standards.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper or Kitchen Assistant is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Indian kitchen operations is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced catering environment.
Physically fit and capable of standing for long hours.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Local candidates currently residing in Bahrain are preferred.
