We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Van Salesman to join our growing FMCG distribution team in Bahrain.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Van Sales or FMCG sales experience in the Bahrain market.
Valid Bahraini driving license (mandatory).
Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop customer relationships.
Good knowledge of Bahrain's retail and wholesale market.
Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Available to join immediately (within 7–10 days).
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned customers and outlets according to the daily sales route.
Promote, sell, and distribute the company's FMCG products.
Check product availability, shelf display, stock levels, and expiry dates at customer locations.
Generate orders and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Deliver products to customers and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Collect payments and maintain proper sales and collection records.
Ensure the company vehicle is maintained in good condition and operated safely.
Achieve assigned sales, distribution, and collection targets.
Prepare daily sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Work efficiently under pressure and be available for early morning operations when required.
