Job Vacancy: Civil Foreman (Villa Projects)

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our construction team for villa projects.

Position

Civil Foreman

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential villa construction projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction activities, including excavation, foundations, concrete works, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
Ability to supervise and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and daily construction activities.
Capable of reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of site safety procedures and quality standards.
Valid driving license is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily site operations for villa construction projects.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Report site progress and issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
Maintain productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
