Job Title: Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling doors, vanities, sanitary ware, bathroom accessories, and related building materials.

Requirements

* Proven experience in sales of doors, vanities, sanitary ware, and similar products.
* Strong knowledge of the building materials and interior finishing industry.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
* Well-behaved, professional, and presentable.
* Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
* Active on social media platforms and capable of generating leads through digital channels.
* Ready to face challenges and work under pressure.
* Proficient in using Zoho CRM and maintaining accurate customer records.
* Ability to prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close deals effectively.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Capable of achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
* Experience in managing key accounts and developing long-term customer relationships.
* Ability to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
* Familiarity with inventory coordination and order processing.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Valid driving license is an advantage.
* Team player with leadership qualities and the ability to guide and motivate the sales team.
* Willingness to attend exhibitions, site visits, and customer meetings when required.
* Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and retail customers.
* Generate new leads and convert inquiries into sales.
* Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Maintain and update customer information through Zoho CRM.
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
* Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
