Job Vacancy – Outdoor Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Outdoor Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling doors, vanities, sanitary ware, bathroom accessories, and related building materials.

Requirements

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in doors, sanitary ware, vanities, and building materials.
* Strong network with contractors, consultants, developers, interior designers, and retail customers.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Professional, well-behaved, and customer-oriented.
* Active on social media platforms and able to generate leads through digital channels.
* Proficient in using Zoho CRM and maintaining accurate customer records.
* Ability to prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close deals successfully.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
* Capable of identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Valid driving license is mandatory.
* Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
* Willingness to travel and conduct site visits and customer meetings.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute outdoor sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
* Visit contractors, consultants, developers, and project sites to generate business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Promote company products and provide technical and commercial solutions to clients.
* Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Maintain and update customer data through Zoho CRM.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
* Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
* Represent the company professionally and enhance brand awareness in the market.
