Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator to manage our procurement process, oversee vendor relationships, and keep our supply chain moving efficiently.

​Key Responsibilities
​Issue, track, and manage purchase orders (POs) from start to finish.
​Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely deliveries.
​Monitor inventory levels and proactively resolve any shipping or invoice discrepancies.
​Maintain accurate, up-to-date purchasing and vendor records.
​What We’re Looking For
​2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics.
​Strong negotiation and communication skills.
​Proficiency in Excel and inventory/ERP software.
​Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
