Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
• Manage front desk operations and handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
• Perform administrative and office support tasks
• Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
• Handle correspondence, data entry, and office reports
• Ensure the reception area and office environment remain organized and presentable
• Support management with day-to-day administrative activities

Requirements

• Previous experience in Reception, Front Office, or Administration preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred

Experience
