We are looking an Site engineer cum project estimator to join out team.


Salary : Negotiable
Experience : swimming pool construction field
Minimum experience 5 years in similar field is mandatory.


Project Estimating Duties :
Quantity Takeoffs: Calculate exact volumes of concrete, steel, waterproofing materials, and excavation. Cost Analysis: Price out materials, labor, and specialized MEP equipment (pumps, filters, heaters).
Bid Preparation: Draft and submit cost-effective, competitive tenders for new projects .Budgeting: Track project financials, process variation orders, and prevent cost overruns.
Site Engineering Duties Execution & Supervision: Manage day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring the pool shell is excavated, formed, and reinforced according to blueprints.
Quality & MEP Coordination: Oversee critical stages like plumbing pressure testing, filtration plant room installations, and multi-layered waterproofing.
Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety rules, especially concerning deep excavations, electrical setups, and chemical hazards.
Progress Tracking & Reporting: Update project schedules, verify subcontractor performance, and document daily site progress.
