Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Garage Foreman or Garage Manager to join our team in Bahrain.

Former mechanics or garage workers with proven sales and leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
Must currently be based in Bahrain.
Preferred:
Well-spoken, professional, and confident in dealing with customers.
Results driven and able to demonstrate previous achievements.
Indian candidates are preferred; however, all qualified applicants will be considered.

Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in the Bahrain automotive repair industry.
Strong knowledge of the Bahrain automotive market and customer base.
Excellent sales, customer service, and communication skills.
Ability to grow business, build customer relationships, and increase revenue.
Experience managing workshop operations, technicians, and daily garage activities.

Salary & Benefits:
Starting salary: BD 250 - 300 (negotiable based on experience and skills)
Labour accommodation provided.
