Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily pest control operations and field technicians.
• Plan, coordinate, and optimize service schedules and resources.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
• Manage operational budgets, inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support business growth through effective planning and resource management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in pest control operations, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of pest management practices, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating field operations.
• Ability to analyze operational performance and implement improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
• Relevant pest control certifications or licenses are preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
