Business Development Executive – Freight & Logistics

OLIVER UNITED LOGISTICS W.L.L is looking for an experienced, ambitious, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Previous sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Customs Clearance within Bahrain is mandatory.

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about business development, capable of building long-term client relationships, and committed to generating sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities for:
* Customs Clearance
* Air Freight
* Sea Freight
* Land Transportation
* Freight Forwarding
* Logistics Solutions
* Identify and approach importers, exporters, manufacturers, contractors, retailers, and trading companies across Bahrain.
* Conduct client visits, business meetings, and sales presentations.
* Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
* Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales activity reports.
* Achieve agreed monthly sales targets and actively contribute to the company’s growth.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in Bahrain within Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Customs Clearance.
* Proven ability to generate new business and acquire new customers.
* Existing business relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, contractors, and trading companies in Bahrain will be considered a strong advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Knowledge of Malayalam will be considered an advantage.
* Valid Bahrain Driving License is required.
