Description

Key Responsibilities*
1. *Haircut & Styling*: Modern and classic haircuts, fades, tapers, beard trims, traditional Indian cuts for men & kids
2. *Shaving & Beard Grooming*: Straight razor shaves, beard shaping, mustache styling, head shaves
3. *Head Massage & Hair Treatments*: Traditional Indian champi/head massage, hair spa, basic treatments
4. *Customer Service*: Consult clients on style, recommend cuts, ensure high satisfaction
5. *Hygiene & Safety*: Maintain tool/workstation cleanliness, follow MOH Bahrain hygiene standards
6. *Product Knowledge*: Suggest and upsell hair/beard products where suitable
7. *Shop Operations*: Manage appointments, client records, support daily salon upkeep

*Requirements*
- *Experience*: Minimum 3+ years as a barber. GCC experience preferred
- *Skills*: Barbering techniques, fades, scissor cuts, razor shaves, head massage
- *Language*: Hindi/English required. Arabic is a plus
- *Visa Status*: In Bahrain with transferable visa OR eligible for new work visa per LMRA
- *Personal*: Well-groomed, professional, punctual, strong communication
- *Age*: 22 - 40 years preferred
