Description

A fast-growing AI-powered education startup in Amwaj Islands is hiring a full-time Operations & Content Assistant to run our daily content production and operations. A great chance to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI tools in a growing tech company.
JOB DETAILS

Location: Amwaj Islands (on-site)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 6 days/week (Friday off)
Salary: BHD 200/month
Contract: 6 months, renewable on performance
Start: Immediate

RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce lesson videos using AI tools (HeyGen), voiceovers, and slides (Canva)
Source and organize curriculum materials; run our content workflows
Publish and manage courses on our Odoo learning platform
Maintain the production tracker and coordinate with remote reviewers
Social media, research, and general admin support

REQUIREMENTS

University degree (or equivalent)
Fluent English (Arabic a plus)
Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and a fast learner
Comfortable with computers; quick to learn new software (full training provided)
Must be currently in Bahrain with a transferable/dependent visa or own work permit
