We are looking for a dynamic Creative Content Manager to lead our production efforts, roll up their sleeves, and drive results.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Adapt: Interface with a wide variety of clients, quickly understanding their industry, vibe, and target audience to design tailored content strategies.

End-to-End Production: Direct, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Be the Expert: Take control behind the camera, managing lighting, audio, and framing to ensure premium visual output.

Manage Campaigns: Oversee the content calendar from concept ideation to final publishing, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

What We Are Looking For

The Ultimate All-Rounder: Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and video/photo production.

Chameleon Creativity: A portfolio that proves you can successfully create content for *many* different types of businesses (B2B and B2C).

Technical Gear Savvy: Deep knowledge of professional cameras, lighting equipment, and industry-standard editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.).

Local Pulse: Based in or highly familiar with the Bahrain market, trends, and business landscape.
