• Job Duties
• Work closely with business analyst & team lead to ensure decisions meet enterprise growth needs
• Maintain current applications which includes, but is not limited to, bug fixes, feature enhancements and performance tuning
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues along with identification & implements of its solutions
• Work with a team to create detailed project specifications, requirements and estimates
• Work with implementation team to ensure deployments roll out smoothly.
• Research and implement new technologies to enhance current processes, security and performance
• Document validation of design decisions
• Develop software as per coding standards, GUI Standards and adhere to best practices and security guidelines
• Participate in leading code reviews, unit and system testing of software applications
• Develop interfaces of with other external and custom applications
• Ability to prioritize work and help the other team members
• Communicate gaps in business and technical functionality
Skills & Expertise
 Strong Programming Skills
 Expert in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms & Reports 6i & 10g in a development role
 Hands-on experience on PL/SQL Developer or TOAD is preferred
 Good communication skills are vital
 OCP or OCM certifications are a plus.
• Must be initiative
• Under graduate or Graduate degree in CS/CE/CIS/MIS or Engineering/Technology or
related field or equivalent experience/training
• Extensive knowledge of common data structures and algorithms
• Extensive knowledge of design patterns and best practices
• Ability to scrutinize applications and services to ensure they adhere to
security standards
• Willingness to guide and willingness to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Domain Knowledge of Hospitality, Manufacturing, Retail or Finance is a Plus
• Professional certifications e.g. CCNA, CCNP, MCPIT, ITIL are preferred but not mandatory
• Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point tools
