We require Maintenance In-charge local;
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma
Experience:
5-8 Years’ experience in Plant, Machinery and Equipment Maintenance, CNC Machine Maintenance. MS Office: Microsoft Word, Excel
With experience of mechanical, hydraulic, CNC and PLC maintenance.
Industry:

Signage / Manufacturing
Ideal Candidate Profile:

To play a vital role in the efficiency, development, and progress of the company and responsible for continuous running of equipment and machinery. Major machines are- CNC, Laser Fiber, Digital Printing, Vinyl etc.
To ensure that all preventative and planned maintenance is routinely communicated to all concerned parties, and implemented in a timely and cost-effective manner
To attend the breakdown and maintenance emergencies promptly and to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
To schedule the work of the maintenance team to meet production priorities and targets.
To build effective maintenance planning schedules in collaboration with production and other departments.
To give guidance to production department staff on effective operational practice to prevent misuse of equipment and unnecessary maintenance problems.
To contribute to operational efficiency of the company by liaising closely with production and other departments to ensure all maintenance activities are conducted with minimum downtime and disruption to company activities.
