Santy Excavation & Construction Co. W.L.L. is currently seeking experienced General Laborers to join our team for ongoing construction and infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in site preparation, material handling, loading and unloading, and assisting skilled workers.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety procedures.
• Must be currently residing in Bahrain.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in site preparation, excavation, and general construction activities.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
• Support masons, carpenters, steel fixers, operators, and other skilled workers as required.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Site Supervisor.
