Description

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to ensure all accounting entries, reconciliations, and reports are completed accurately on time.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and company information

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounts
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
• Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
• Regularly follow up on outstanding and pending customer payments
• Ensure all accounting transactions and reports are entered and completed on time
• Occasionally assist with indoor sales and attend to walk-in customers
• Coordinate and follow up with the production team regarding customer orders
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth communication between clients and the production team
• Provide updates to customers regarding order status and delivery schedules
• Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Net Salary: 250 - 300 BD/month
