Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary with experience in recruitment to join our team.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Good command of English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and secretarial support
• Manage emails, calls, and schedules
• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interview coordination
• Maintain applicant records and recruitment databases
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other office documents
• Coordinate with clients, candidates, and management as needed
