* **Compliance & Audit:** Ensure all financial transactions comply with local regulations and support internal/external audit processes.
* **Payroll:** Assist in processing plant payroll and maintaining personnel records as needed.
### **Qualifications**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* **Experience:** 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is essential. Experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Sage) is highly preferred.
