We are looking for a friendly, professional, and energetic Host / Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate has a welcoming personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
