We are hiring Senior Architect for an reputed construction company in Bahrain.


Post : Senior Architect
Nos required : 1
Salary : Negotiable ( Based on the experience and knowledge )
Duty Hours / No of working Days : 8 Hours / 26 Days
Experience : Minimum 5 year of GCC experience is mandatory
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized
university.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Architectural Design & Documentation
• Prepare architectural concept designs, schematic layouts, detailed design
drawings, and construction documentation.
• Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and detailed
construction drawings.
• Prepare architectural specifications, reports, and presentation materials.
• Ensure all architectural deliverables meet project requirements, quality
standards, and applicable regulations.
Design Coordination
• Coordinate architectural works with:
o Civil and Structural Engineers
o MEP Engineers
o Surveying and Planning Teams
• Review multidisciplinary drawings to ensure proper integration and clash-free
coordination.
• Participate in design coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and
stakeholders.
Authority Approvals & Regulatory Compliance
• Prepare and manage submission packages for approvals from relevant
authorities in Bahrain.
• Ensure compliance with:
o Bahrain Municipality regulations
o Benayat Building Permit System requirements
o CRPEP professional standards
o BIM guidelines and industry best practices
o Applicable building codes and regulations
Project Support & Site Coordination
• Attend client meetings and provide architectural presentations and technical
clarifications.
• Conduct site visits to review architectural implementation and construction
progress.
• Support construction teams by resolving architectural design and coordination
issues during execution.
Quality Assurance & Technical Review
• Review and approve architectural drawings prepared by junior architects and
draftsmen.
• Maintain company drafting standards, documentation procedures, and quality
control measures.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all architectural deliverables.
Technical Leadership
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior architectural staff.
• Support management in architectural planning, design strategies, and project
decision-making.
• Contribute to improving architectural workflows and BIM implementation practices.
