Business Development & Marketing Executive

Al Doseri Contracting is looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development & Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities and secure construction projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with engineering consultants, real estate agencies, developers, and potential clients.
- Promote the company's construction, fit-out, and maintenance services.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and submitted quotations.
- Manage and support the company's marketing and social media activities.
- Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and business gatherings.

Requirements:

- Experience in construction, real estate, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid Bahrain driving license.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
