Job Description:

HAMASHA MOTORS SERVICES W.L.L is a leading, active multi-brand automotive service center located in Salmabad. We are seeking a highly skilled, passionate, and experienced Advanced Automotive Diagnostic & Programming Technician to join our elite technical team. If you are an expert in tackling complex vehicle electrical systems, module programming, ECU cloning, and advanced automotive diagnostics, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced vehicle electrical and electronic system diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Conduct module programming, ECU/IMMO cloning, and key programming using advanced tools (such as Autel MaxiSys/MaxiIM series, XP400 Pro, G-Box, etc.).

Diagnose and repair complex automotive air conditioning (A/C) and climate control systems.

Use precision diagnostic equipment (Power Supplies, Back Probes, Smoke Leak Detectors, Oscilloscopes) to trace intricate wiring faults and system leaks without damaging harnesses.

Work efficiently on multi-brand passenger vehicles, including American, European, Asian, and modern Chinese brands (Changan, Haval, GAC, Chery, Jetour, etc.).

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid, hands-on experience in advanced automotive electrical diagnostics, programming, and A/C systems.

Current Location: Must be currently residing in Bahrain.

Visa Status: Must hold a valid, transferable Bahraini residency (CPR) and be ready for an immediate transfer/joining.

Deep understanding of automotive wiring diagrams, CAN-Bus architecture, and vehicle network communications.

Ability to operate advanced diagnostic scanners and standalone programming hardware on the bench.

Strong problem-solving mindset with an emphasis on component-level repair rather than just replacing parts.
