Description

1. Prepare and Serve Beverages: Make and serve a variety of coffee-based drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and iced beverages, according to company recipes and customer preferences.
2. Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Provide excellent service, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations as needed.
3. Maintain Cleanliness and hygiene about coffee station, dining area, equipment, POS and displayed chiller as per the health and safety management.
4. Arrange stock, tracking inventory, restocking supplies and proper maintaining of stock level for coffee bar/section
5. All damaged, expired & excess items to be RTS within the agreed timelines
6. Check expiry date on receiving as per the company policy.
7. Work closely with the team and staff members to provide a smooth and efficient customer experience.
8. Maintain high standard of food safety &hygiene in storage chiller, freezer, and preparation area.
