Senior ELV Supervisor Technician
An ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Senior Supervisor Technician is responsible for the installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and supervision of ELV system such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, PA/BGM, and Networking System. Oversees technical teams, ensures compliance with safety and project standards, and coordinates with clients and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution and completion.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily ELV installation and maintenance activities on-site.
2. Lead and coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and project teams.
3. Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and schematics.
4. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of ELV systems.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
6. Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
7. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and management.
8. Monitor material usage and support inventory control.
9. Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians.
10. Attend site inspections, meetings, and handover activities.

Qualifications:
1. With BMS Integration Experience
2. Certification from Honeywell, Hikvision, Boach, Cisco, etc.
3. GCC Driving License
4. Testing and Commissioning capability
5. Team leadership or site supervision experience
6. Transferrable
7. 25 – 35 Years Old
8. Preferably Filipinos
9. On-boarding will be on August 2026
