Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Collections Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have experience in collections, administration, and customer communication, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, collections, payments, and account statements.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department to reconcile customer balances.
Prepare collection reports and aging summaries.
Handle administrative duties including filing, documentation, correspondence, and data entry.
Respond professionally to customer inquiries related to payments and billing.
Ensure proper maintenance of collection records and supporting documents.
Assist with office administration and general operational support.
Requirements
Currently residing in Bahrain.
Available for immediate joining.
Previous experience in collections, administration, customer service, or accounts receivable.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Bahrain business practices and documentation processes is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in Bahrain or GCC.
