A leading IT company in Bahrain specializing in Digital Transformation Solutions, Business Management Platforms, Mobile Applications, ERP Systems, Loyalty & Rewards Platforms, Real Estate Solutions, E-Commerce Platforms, HR & Workforce Management Systems, Advertising & Marketing Solutions, and Customized Enterprise Applications is looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and result-oriented Female Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Our solutions help organizations streamline operations, enhance customer engagement, improve decision-making, and accelerate business growth through innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell digital business solutions, mobile applications, ERP systems, and enterprise software platforms.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industries.
Meet decision-makers, conduct presentations, and understand client business requirements.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

Female candidates preferred
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (Mandatory)
Arabic language skills will be a strong advantage
Hindi speaking is an added advantage
Valid Bahrain Driving License (Mandatory)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong presentation, negotiation, and business development skills
Passion for sales and customer relationship management
Willingness to learn and grow within the technology industry
Previous experience in Software, Mobile Applications, ERP, Digital Marketing, SaaS, Real Estate Technology, or B2B Sales will be an advantage
