Job Summary:
The Driver cum Building Cleaner is responsible for safely transporting staff, materials, and supplies as required, while also maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the building premises. The position requires a reliable, hardworking, and responsible individual who can perform both driving and cleaning duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Driving Duties
Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
Transport staff, documents, equipment, and supplies as required.
Ensure timely pickup and delivery schedules.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.
Maintain vehicle logbooks and fuel records.
Building Cleaning Duties
Clean and maintain offices, hallways, staircases, restrooms, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Refill cleaning supplies and restroom consumables as needed.
Clean windows, doors, and other building fixtures.
Assist with minor maintenance tasks when required.
Ensure the building remains clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driving license.
Previous experience as a driver and/or cleaner is an advantage.
Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Working Conditions
Full-time position.
