Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Iraqi Chef to prepare authentic Iraqi cuisine and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in traditional Iraqi dishes, grilling techniques, and large-scale food preparation while ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Iraqi dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Specialize in Iraqi grilled meats, kebabs, tikka, quzi, stews, rice dishes, soups, and appetizers.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Plan daily food production and coordinate with kitchen staff.
Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Manage food inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs.
Train and supervise kitchen assistants and cooks.
Develop new menu items and seasonal specials when required.
Ensure all food is prepared and served on time.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Iraqi Chef or Middle Eastern Chef.
Strong knowledge of traditional Iraqi cuisine and cooking methods.
Experience in grilling, marination, and charcoal cooking is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good leadership and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and food presentation.
Ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff.
Working Conditions
Full-time position.
