A well‑established holding group operating multiple restaurants and cafés in Bahrain is looking to hire a skilled:

Pastry Chef / Bread Maker
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked items.

Produce specific types of bread according to recipes provided by the company.

Ensure high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry and bakery section.

Monitor daily production, ingredients, and inventory levels.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to support overall operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or in a similar role.

Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency.

Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and bread‑making.

Creativity and attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience in restaurants or cafés is an advantage.
