Job Summary

We are urgently hiring a Front Office Executive who is locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills with experience in front desk operations, customer service, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Manage front desk operations and maintain office reception area
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Maintain records, files, and office documentation
Assist in administrative and clerical tasks
Coordinate with different departments for daily office operations
Support HR and administration-related activities when required
Ensure professional customer service at all times
Requirements
Locally available in Bahrain
Immediate joiner preferred
Previous experience in front office, receptionist, or administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Professional appearance and customer service skills
Knowledge of Bahrain labor law and government procedures is an advantage
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
