We are hiring electrical Supervisor for an reputed contraction company in Bahrain.

Salary : Negotiable
Duty Hours : 8 Hours / 26 Days

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Assign daily tasks, mentor apprentices, and evaluate the performance of electricians and technicians.
Project Planning: Schedule work, read and interpret design schematics, and estimate the time and materials required for projects.
Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (e.g., OSHA, local regulations) and conduct regular safety meetings on-site.
Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it aligns with blueprints, specifications, and national electrical codes.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex electrical malfunctions and provide technical guidance to the crew to resolve issues.
Resource Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory tracking of electrical supplies, tools, and spare parts.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, inspection results, and project budgets.
