Estimator (Joinery Division)



We are looking for an experienced Joinery Work Estimator to join our team and lead pre-contract estimation activities for joinery projects.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review drawings, designs, and specifications for joinery works.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and overheads.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Work closely with the project manager to align estimates with project requirements.
• Maintain updated records of costs, quotations, and project budgets.
• Provide technical input and value engineering solutions to optimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum one year of Experience as Estimator (in joinery or fit out industry)
• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in - Civil / Interior / Joinery
• Strong analytical, communication, and mathematical skills.
