Description

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Barista to join our small coffee shop and roastery. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, good customer service skills, and a willingness to learn and assist in daily shop operations.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages
• Assist customers with coffee bean and accessory sales
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
• Handle cashiering and customer transactions
• Support basic coffee roasting and packaging activities when required
• Assist in stock arrangement and inventory monitoring
• Prepare crepes and light food items (knowledge in crepe making is a plus)
• Provide customers with basic knowledge about coffee products and brewing accessories
Requirements:
• Previous barista or café experience is preferred
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and accessories
• Knowledge in crepe making is an advantage
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to multitask
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays if needed
