Proven experience in sales and marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Bahrain market and business environment
Familiarity with Bahrain labor law and government processes is an advantage
Ability to meet sales targets and generate new business opportunities
Proficient in MS Office and social media marketing platforms



Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Promote company services and achieve sales targets
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate marketing campaigns and social media promotions
Follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Support management in business development activities
