A leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain seeks to employ Factory Helper for its Manufacturing / Carpentry Division.

Job Description:

• Assist factory workers, carpenters, and machine operators in daily production activities
• Load and unload materials, tools, and finished products
• Help in cutting, packing, polishing, and handling factory materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory and work areas
• Support in moving furniture, wood materials, and equipment safely
• Follow supervisor instructions and assist in completing production targets
• Handle basic tools and equipment carefully and safely
• Ensure compliance with factory safety procedures and regulations
• Assist in stock arrangement and material handling when required

Experience :

• Previous experience in factory, workshop, carpentry, or manufacturing work preferred
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual work
• Basic understanding of factory safety procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn
• Freshers are also welcome to apply
