About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with direct experience in the GCC market—specifically Bahrain—to drive high-quality leads for our professional electrician and electrical services business.

The ideal candidate will know how to target both local Bahraini citizens and the expat community, optimizing campaigns to generate instant phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries for routine and emergency electrical work.

*Key Responsibilities*
* GCC/Bahrain Targeting: Design and execute high-converting paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search/Call-Only Ads) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) specifically tailored to the Bahrain market.

* Lead Generation: Focus heavily on generating direct phone calls and WhatsApp leads, as these are the preferred communication channels in Bahrain.

* Local Search Optimization: Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile (Maps) to dominate local searches for phrases like "electrician near me" or "emergency electrician in Bahrain."

* Budget Optimization: Efficiently manage ad spend across different areas (Manama, Riffa, Muharraq, etc.), maintaining a low Cost Per Lead (CPL).

* Analytics & Tracking: Set up proper conversion tracking to accurately measure calls and text inquiries generated from ads.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* Experience: 3+ years in Performance Marketing, with a proven track record of handling campaigns in Bahrain or the wider GCC region. Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a massive plus.

* Platform Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Google Search Ads (Call Campaigns) and Meta Lead Generation (Instant Forms & WhatsApp automation).

* Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Bahrain’s demographic landscape, geography, and consumer behavior (knowing when and how locals vs. expats search for services).

* Language: Professional English is mandatory. Basic understanding of Arabic or experience writing ad copy targeting Arabic speakers in Bahrain is highly preferred.

* Data-Driven: Ability to track metrics, run A/B tests on ad creatives, and provide clear performance reports.
